Sonu Sood, who is making his directorial debut with the film Fateh, is very excited about it. The trailer of the film was launched in Mumbai on Monday. On the occasion, Sonu shared an interesting anecdote about Naseeruddin Shah’s casting in the film. He said, ‘Our film was completed. It was edited. There is a scene in which Vijay Raj’s character talks with an AI (artificial intelligence) voice. Someone said that we have so many friends in the industry, why not dub Salman bhai’s or someone’s voice in it. I thought that if voice brings scale, then how would it be if I bring a face. I started seeing Naseer Bhai’s face again. While the film was already finished. I went to him and showed him the script. He found it amazing. I said give me a day. He asked how will you do it. I asked him for three-four days. Then I wrote his character, when I narrated it to him, he found it amazing. I finished his work in one day. When people saw the film, they said that it was some other film. Naseer bhai also thought that he had shot for 15 days.’ Jacqueline Fernandez is also in the lead role in the film. The film will be released in theatres on January 10 next year.
